Includes access for one representative from the company. Ideal for organizations looking to get connected to the private lending industry and build a foundation for future growth within the NPLA.

Included for 1 company representative:

• Permission to display the NPLA logo on the company's website and email signature
• Listing in the NPLA Member Directory
• In-person NPLA membership meetings
• Legislative updates on regulatory and policy developments affecting private lending
• Access to the monthly NPLA Data Report covering DSCR and RTL trends
• Early-bird access to NPLA Conferences at discounted rates
• Expedited pathway to upgrade to Associate or Corporate Membership

Not included (available in Associate and Corporate Membership): Biweekly video conference calls, access to the NPLA Watchlist Database, Advisory Council/committee eligibility, voting rights, and complimentary admission to NPLA-sponsored events (including golf tournaments).



Allied Membership is an entry-level tier and is not available as a downgrade for companies that currently hold an Associate or Corporate Membership. It is also an introductory program limited to a two-year term, after which members are required to upgrade to Associate or Corporate Membership to continue their participation in the NPLA.
